We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or we ll cover your return postage up to £15 ( countries other than UK), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Customer-Initiated Excahnges: If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a situation caused by you, the customer, please note that you are responsible for the postage fee. The returned item must be received by us with the postage fee paid by the customer.
Seller-Initiated Exchanges: In the event of errors such as the seller sending the wrong product or if the product is damaged, the seller will cover the postage fee. However, there is a limit of up to USD 10 that the seller will pay for postage. If the postage fee exceeds USD 10, the excess amount must be covered by the customer.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Third-Party Services
We understand that customers may seek professional installation services from third parties for the products purchased from us. While we strive to provide high-quality products, we do not reimburse or cover the costs associated with third-party installation services, regardless of whether the product is found to be faulty. In the event that a product purchased from us is found to be defective or requires a return, we will refund the cost of the product as outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy. However, we do not accept liability for any expenses incurred for third-party services, including but not limited to installation, removal, or any related services.
Customers are responsible for evaluating the suitability of our products for their intended use and ensuring proper installation. Any expenses related to installation, including labor costs or fees paid to third-party service providers, are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for reimbursement from Western Taurus Limited
Exchange and Deposit Policy
We operate on an exchange basis for the purchase of diesel injectors. Customers are required to either send their old injectors to us in exchange for a new one or pay a fee of GBP £30 (The UK), EUR €50 (EU) USD 50 (USA, CAN) if they prefer not to send their old injector. The exchanged injector must not have any broken, fragmented or missing parts. In the event that a customer wishes to return or refund their purchase, we will refund the full amount of payment if the return request accepted. If the customer had sent their old injector as part of the exchange, we will make every effort to return the same old injector. However, in certain circumstances, such as unavailability or irreparable damage to the original injector, we reserve the right to send a replacement injector of the same model. Our exchange policy is subject to the terms outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
