These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.


Shipping Policy:

1. General: We offer shipping services for diesel injectors and car parts to customers in the UK, Canada, USA, and Europe and many other countries. Our goal is to ensure timely delivery of your orders while providing transparency regarding shipping costs, delivery terms, and return policies.

2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. We offer free next-day delivery for orders within the UK. However for customers residing in Scotland our delivery time will be 2-3 days due to distance. Furthermore, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey are not subjected to next-day delivery due to customs clearance. 

European delivery fees range between €8–18, depending on the shipping address. Delivery fees for USA and Canadian orders range between $10–25, depending on the shipping address. For purchases of $150 or less, a $10 shipping fee will be charged. For the UKFree shipping for £100 and above.) However, certain remote regions within these countries may incur additional shipping charges. In such cases, we cover the delivery cost up to GBP 10 for the UK, USD 10 for Canada and USA, and EUR 10 for European countries. If the postage fee is over USD,EUR,GBP 10, the rest must be paid by the customer.


2.1 Accessories: Please note that our free shipping policy applies only to complete injector units. Injector accessories (including seals, washers, bolts, or other related components) are excluded from free shipping and will be subject to standard shipping charges .

3. Returns: 3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, please contact our customer service team within Monday to Friday 9:30 to 5pm (UK Time)  days of receiving your order. Please note that if you are outside of the UK, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.2 Warranty Returns: For warranty returns or exchanges due to product defects, please refer to our warranty policy for detailed instructions on how to proceed.

4. Delivery Terms: 4.1 Transit Time Domestically: Orders are typically dispatched the same day if placed before 12pm (UK time). Delivery times within the UK vary but usually range from 1-2 business days. For customers residing in Scotland our delivery time will be 2-3 days due to distance. For customers residing in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey please note: next day delivery is not available due to customs clearance.

  • Europe (EEZ countries): 2-7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 3-7 business days
  • Mexico: 5-10 business days

4.2 Transit Time Internationally: For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery times range from 3-7 business days for express shipping.

4.3 Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 12pm (UK time) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the following business day.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address: If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to update your shipping details.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping: We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

4.6 Military Address Shipping: We ship to military addresses within the UK and internationally.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock: In rare cases where items are out of stock, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated restock date or offer alternatives.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded: Delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or issues with the delivery company. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

5. Tracking Notifications: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit: If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will initiate a claims process with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Duties & Taxes: 7.1 Sales Tax: Sales tax is included in the total at checkout for orders shipped within the UK.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped outside of the UK, import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country's customs regulations. Customers are responsible for paying any additional fees upon delivery.

8. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

9. Insurance: 9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit: If your parcel is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

9.2 Process for parcel lost in transit: If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will initiate a thorough investigation with the shipping carrier and provide updates on the status of your shipment.
