Warranty & Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

All our injectors come with a 1-year warranty for your peace of mind.

Warranty limitation: Injectors warranty includes replacement (once) or refund throughout a year. WTDiesel don't cover fitting, labour or any 3rd party service charges.

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

1. Opened Packaging
   If an injector is returned with opened packaging, and no reason provided, a 5% deduction will be applied to the refund amount.

2. Returns Without Fault Documentation
   For injector issues, customers must provide fault details, such as a diagnostic report or fault codes, to be eligible for a return.
   Returns without this documentation will incur a 15% deduction from the refund amount.

3. Testing Verification
   If customers have tested the injectors themselves, an original Hartridge (or equivalent) testing bench report must be provided.
   Upon receiving the injectors, WTDiesel will carry out its own testing and compare the results.
   If the provided reports are found to be inaccurate, a 15% will be deducted from the refund.
   Official WTDiesel test reports are available upon request.

4. Multiple Injector Orders
   For orders with multiple injectors, if a fault is reported with only one unit, fault documentation (diagnostic report or fault codes) is required for replacement or refund of that unit.
   If no report is provided, or a refund is requested for all units without evidence, a 10% deduction will apply

5. Core Return
   WTDiesel works on an exchange basis. Returned cores are processed and will not be the same ones originally sent by the customer.
   In case of a refund, if the customer has sent back old units, we will return an equivalent old units from our stock within 7-10 working days. If no old units were returned, only the deposit will be refunded.
   Please Note: Customers are bound to return core in 30 days to claim deposit refund. Only undamaged injectors qualify for deposit refund. Injectors that are broken, cracked, or physically compromised will be rejected and no refund will apply. Upon customer request, rejected injectors will be returned by WTDiesel.
   
   
6. Incompatible (wrong) injectors ordered
   If a customer orders injectors independently and installs incorrect parts, WTDiesel holds no liability for any resulting vehicle damage. To prevent such issues, we strongly recommend sharing VIN or original injector part number for verification before purchase. If a return is requested due to customer error, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will only be considered if the parts are undamaged.
