To keep our warranty process fair for everyone, each injector returned under warranty may be tested. This fee is charged for each (x1) injector under a claim.

If you submit a claim regarding an issue with an injector or injectors, and testing confirms the fault as described, the testing fee will be refunded.

If no specific fault is identified, or if the reported issue is not confirmed during testing, the testing fee will not be refunded.

If the issue is caused by incorrect installation or other outside factors, the fee is not refundable.

In some clear cases, testing is not required and no fee will be charged.

Customers may also provide a professional test report from approved equipment (Hartridge, Bosch, etc.) instead of paying this amount. If you choose this route, no fee will be charged by us, but costs paid to third-party testers are not refundable under any circumstances.
